1. Check whether the power supply of the industrial display is connected properly

2. Check whether the power supply of the industrial display host is working normally

First, check whether the power indicator light on the panel of the host chassis is on and whether the power supply fan is rotating to determine whether the host system has received power supply.

Secondly, use a multimeter to check whether the external voltage meets the requirements. If the voltage is too high or too low, it may cause the host power supply to automatically shut down for overvoltage or undervoltage circuit protection.

In addition, it is very important to focus on checking the quality of the power switch and reset button and whether they are connected to the industrial PC motherboard correctly.

Because the power switch and reset button on many inferior chassis are often damaged after being used for a few times, resulting in a black screen without any display on the whole machine. If the power supply is damaged, it can be solved by replacing the power supply.

3. Check whether the display card is in good contact with the industrial computer motherboard

If the display is black and the speaker in the host makes one long and two short beeps, it means that there is a problem with the connection between the display card and the motherboard, or the connection between the display card and the display.

Check whether the chip on the display card can be burnt, cracked, and whether the cooling fan on the display card is working, and whether the heat dissipation performance is good, and replace it with a display card that is working normally to rule out whether the display card is damaged.

5. Check whether the signal line of the industrial display is in good contact with the display card
